Talent Executive

Are you ready to join a leading IT staffing company and take your career to the next level? WebCreek is looking for a skilled Talent Executive with at least five years of experience to fill a fully remote position.
What You’ll Do
- IT Candidate Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify and submit qualified IT candidates by conducting initial interviews, assessments, and screenings tailored to technical roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand technical job requirements, provide feedback on candidates, and refine the recruitment process as needed.
- Recruitment Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, track candidate progress, and manage all recruitment-related documentation.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality tech candidates through job ads and outreach efforts.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate information, with a focus on building and managing technical talent pools.
- Onboarding & Reporting: Ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide regular updates on hiring metrics
What You Have
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, with a strong track record of success.
- Proven experience recruiting for IT roles, with in-depth knowledge of the tech industry’s hiring needs.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation through various techniques and methods.
- Thorough understanding of ethical recruitment practices and professional standards in hiring.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (B2+ or higher on the Cambridge scale), both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other key legal documents related to recruitment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship-building abilities to foster connections with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills for evaluating candidate profiles and managing recruitment data.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle shifting priorities efficiently.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving and daily challenges.
Experience
- 5 years of work experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Student of or Degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or another related field
