We’re looking for a self-motivated, versatile, and creative professional who can work on analyzing data, generating PowerPoint presentations, working with teams to track projects, and be able to juggle multiple priorities. You’ll work within a team that designs and delivers custom software and analytical solutions to internal business and engineering customers.
What You’ll Do
Technical & Analytical Support
- Collaborate with engineers and developers to gather requirements, understand workflows, and generate specifications.
- Comfortable querying data from relational databases and modern no-sql databases.
- Perform basic engineering or statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Build dashboards, visuals, and infographics to highlight project progress, system performance, and solution impact.
Project Coordination & Administrative Operations
- Schedule and facilitate team meetings, document key outcomes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate internal projects — Track timelines, deliverables, dependencies and escalating risks or delays proactively.
- Prepare executive-level summaries, project updates and meeting materials.
- Support administrative tasks such as release notes, vendor communications, and process documentation.
Marketing, Communication & Storytelling
- Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations, case studies, and visual summaries to highlight IS solutions and business value working with the team.
- Create compelling internal marketing materials (slides, one-pagers, or short videos) to promote adoption of new tools or capabilities.
- Work with internal teams to contribute to newsletters, intranet posts and prepare showcase decks, and adoption materials that highlight new tools and technologies.
People & Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between business users, engineers, and developers, translating technical terms into actionable language.
- Build relationships across teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Bring a positive attitude and professionalism that fosters collaboration and trust.
What You Have
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of experience in a hybrid role such as Engineering Technician, Data Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Technical Marketing Associate.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Solid grasp of engineering principles and basic math/statistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (PowerPoint mastery required).
- Familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience working with software development or project teams a plus.
